My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic for accessing nearby attractions, I encountered some significant service issues that detracted from my experience. The staff's friendliness and a couple of helpful individuals stood out, but overall, service inconsistencies affected my stay. The room comfort was decent, but there were cleanliness concerns, and the dining options were less impressive than I hoped.
